Frequently Asked Questions

On average, sessions last between 30 and 90 minutes.

Please do not worry! Your dogs’ safety is one of my top priorities, we will still be able to capture some lovely images for you to enjoy.

All sessions are including travel of up to half an hour drive or 15 miles out of Perth. Further travel will incur an additional cost of £0.45/per mile.

You are more than welcome to bring a dog or two from the same household only. This will incur an additional charge of £20 per dog. The length of the session will stay the same between 30-90 minutes, unless other arrangements have already been discussed.

Unless we booked a photoshoot that involves a few family members as well as dogs, I would advise for only one or two people to be present during the session. This is with the aim to have dog’s attention to allow me to capture them at their best.

A couple of favourite toys and treats and of course a good supply of poo bags, to make sure we are not leaving anything behind.

We will discuss prior to the shoot all your dogs needs and the possibility of the session taking place in a location that doesn’t have many other dogs.

What if my dog is aggressive?

We will be creating images of your beloved pet for many years to come. If you have a dog that loves muddy puddles (mine for example loves a frequent dip in a pond) and especially if they have a light coat, then a quick bath prior to the shoot will be beneficial. Also, if your dog has a beard and/or coat that needs brushed regularly, I would advise to do so prior to the session.

If we are going to be capturing a few images of you and your dog, then please make sure that you dress for the occasion. I.e. if you have a pair of boots that you’d love to show off, make sure you wear them! I love photographing funky wellies and/or a nice pair of leather boots!
